🍓 GeneralTo order, please contact me via Discord. By purchasing my services, you automatically approve the following conditions. I can refuse the order if I am not able to fulfill or if it does not fit my style or skill. I do not accept commissions with insufficient descriptions/without references.🍓 Work ProcessI will start the commission using the references and specifics that were provided.
When the sketch is done, it will be sent to the client for a final revision before lineart + coloring.
If there is anything that has to be fixed before the final steps, it will be edited for free.🍓 Copyright and Use PolicyI retain all rights to the commissioned artwork and reserve the right to use all of my works for promotion, reproduction and distribution, unless otherwise agreed. If the client asked me to do so, I will not publish the commissioned artwork.The client is authorized to use the artwork for personal use. This includes the usage on livestreaming platforms / social media accounts for promotional purposes with no direct monetization (such as emote usage, banners, profile pictures, posts, print in personal spaces). Commercial rights for printing/merchandise are not included unless commercial use and fees are discussed. It is not allowed to claim my work as your own, nor to modifiy, steal, copy, trace or publish it in any way. You are required to credit me by mentioning the source name with my name @MayKokoro whenever used.🍓 Payment and RefundsPayments are handled through PayPal according to their policy. The pricing includes a fee to cover the processing taxes of PayPal. Payments are nonrefundable after the payment has been made/the commission is completed and delivered. No refunds are possible after I started the work unless initiated by me.🍓 Revisions and CommunicationMake sure to be as clear as possible in your description. After the work is finished, I will only change things if there was a mistake. Larger changes, that were not specified before, due to unclear/missing information, will include additional fees or will be refused. When the sketch is made and sent to you, you can still request a major revision. Make sure your DMs are open on your socials to privately converse with you or to send updates. Contact me on Discord (MayKokoro).🍓 Deadlines and DeliveryPlease refer to my work queue to see my ongoing progress and keep in mind that while I usually work efficiently, unexpected events and situations may occur and might cause the ordered work to be finished or delivered later than agreed.It will take mostly from 7 up to 14 days to complete a commision.If there will be any delay, the client will always be notified.
